Woodle is the latest innovation patented by Pujolasos, it responds to a demand in the perfumery and cosmetics market to offer a sustainable cap, free of glue and with a disposable plastic inner to be recycled.

Woodle is manufactured from wood and with a specific plastic inner design to be recycled after its useful life.

This innovation is compatible with the majority of existing and potential developments, both in perfumery and cosmetics, oriented towards sustainability.

Woon is a monomaterial wooden cosmetic cap that works with a direct thread in the wood.

This is a sustainable and natural cap, free of glues and without any built-in threaded plastic interior.

Unlike the Woodle aimed at the fragrance and cosmetic sector Woon was developed to respond to a monomaterial market need. This development applies to cosmetic jar caps, as well as to any type of wooden cap with incorporated thread.

Last November, the company launched Woork, an innovation focused on responding to the growing demand for sustainable, organic, ecological and natural packaging. This is a wooden cap with a glue-free cork insert.

Pujolasos is Spanish company working in the packaging sector and has been working with wood since 1967. It began by manufacturing different products aimed to obtain an exclusive decoration, as well as furniture finishes.

The company then developed and produced caps for whiskeys and brandies in 1998. Later, in 2001, the next challenge was to set foot into cosmetics packaging.
