TABMA’s Training Timber knowledge workshop has been delivered to nearly 60 students over the past six weeks across Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide.

More courses are scheduled for Brisbane, Tamworth NSW and Newcastle NSW in the next few months.

TABMA Training’s Training and Development Manager Pai Teao describes the course as “engaging and informative session to develop and or enhance your knowledge of various timber products”.

TABMA Training’s three-hour timber knowledge workshop educates those in the timber industry to confidently recommend the correct timber products to customers.

Aidan from Gowan Lea Timbers said that this course would be an excellent induction tool and has encouraged his team to attend upcoming workshops.

Drew Parker from Redland Bay Roof Trusses said the timber knowledge course was a hit with his team and they are discussing other short course options to undertake with TABMA training.

All of the students who attended the Timber Knowledge workshop said the workshop was relevant to their workplace, rated the course excellent and would recommend for others to undertake this workshop.
