The alliance is across the Banner network of six retail stores, two frame and truss manufacturing plants, distribution centre and Home Select showroom. Banner retail stores will be rebranded as Banner Mitre 10.
The new joint venture will see the Evins family continue to run the day-to-day operations of Banner Mitre 10.
All staff will keep their jobs and remain in their current positions. Managing director Matt Evins and director James Evins will retain their leadership roles.
