LRM is part of Trimble’s Connected Forest portfolio of solutions. It provides a desktop, web, and mobile platform to manage activities, assets, schedules, progress, and costs for effective planning, compliance, and reporting.

It is integrated with Esri’s ArcGIS platform to provide full GIS mapping functionality.

In May 1999, GTFP (a joint venture of Weyerhaeuser Australia and Global Forest Partners LP) acquired a plantation, sawmilling, and remanufacturing business in the Green Triangle. GTFP plantations are spread throughout the Green Triangle region in six main areas, Tarpeena, Cafpirco, Kongorong, Caroline, Kentbruck, and Dartmoor with a net plantation area of 22,000Ha.
