Attracting skilled employees who can add value in areas of skills gaps means that we need to think laterally.

It was this approach that resulted in employers from the Green Triangle (South East South Australia and Western Victoria) travelling to the Holden automotive plant in Adelaide recently to seek out skilled workers who are becoming redundant from the Holden closure.
