National Carpenters Day on Friday 20 July is the day the announcement of the winners will be made. Last year more than 10,000 carpenters and apprentices attended around 200 BBQs across Australia to celebrate the day.
National Carpenter of the Year state finalists will be flown to Melbourne to participate in the Carpenters Nail It Harder Challenge. The overall winner will be awarded the title of National Carpenter of the Year 2012.
