Money grows on Trees in Tasmania

Private Forests Tasmania, the Institute of Foresters of Australia, the Forest Practices Authority and the Tasmanian Farmers and Graziers Association has combined to hold a field day to discuss incorporating trees into an agricultural setting. It will provide an opportunity for landowners and agencies to share experiences and thoughts on incorporating trees into a farming enterprise. Source: Timberbiz

The discussions will centre around the multiple benefits of trees in an agricultural setting including, livestock survival rates, increased crop and pasture production and financial profits.
