The three storey –mixed use development named Fremantle Springs adapts to a flexible modular design.

Competition judge John Lucchetti said the winning entry was very considered and thought-through, and there had been a lot of care with respect to design resolution.

“The overarching sentiment, that we had as judges, was that this was design was produced by a cohesive team that really sat behind their design” Mr Lucchetti said.

Each finalist team was awarded cash prizes: First Prize, $7000; Second Prize, $3500 and Third Prize, $2500.
