This will enable visitors to experience the design and space that the company’s unique modular system can create.
While the project is still under construction, with the wall panel system exposed before plastering, this will be a rare chance to view and understand how the Habitech modular system works.
This 1890s home is a meeting of new and old forms, with a modern extension that will provide most of the energy used in the house.
At this home you can inspect the modular panels used during construction, they are a good example of how design can be effectively used to extend a home in a fast, sustainable way.
Habitech’s design also makes the most of opportunities on the small, narrow, inner-suburban site.
The integral part played by passive design (coupled with active energy systems) in the sustainability and energy efficiency is obvious.
