Australasian Timber Drying Group’s 48th annual meeting will be held in South-East Queensland next month.
The conference segment will be held in Mooloolaba on 22 May.
First on the agenda on 22 May will be a tour of Dale & Meyers, Maryborough site, then lunch at Gympie.
In the afternoon there will be a Hyne Mary Valley tour.
That night the conference will be held at the Mantra Mooloolaba.
The following morning there will be a tour to Weyerhaeuser pine mill, Caboolture. The Caboolture site includes a sawmill, plantation, and chip export business. The Caboolture sawmill processes around 320,000 cubic metres of pine logs a year.
